A seat on a Zada open trip is priced per person, twin share, for 3D2N, guide and documentation included. Dated seats start at IDR 6,000,000 · about USD 368 (Deluxe on Zada Mega) and run to IDR 13,000,000 · about USD 798 (Master on Zada Nara). A team needing the whole boat books a private charter.
Each table below is one boat. A fare is per person, twin share, for 3D2N, with a minimum of two guests per cabin, so a cabin for two is two seats. The tour guide and the professional documentation are included in every seat.
Zada Ulla's Family cabin is priced on request. Its other cabins, with dates on request, run from IDR 5,000,000 · about USD 307 for a Superior to IDR 13,000,000 · about USD 798 for the Master. Zada Nara runs from IDR 6,550,000 · about USD 402 for a Deluxe to IDR 13,000,000 · about USD 798 for the Master. Zada Zen runs from IDR 7,000,000 · about USD 429 for a Suite to IDR 9,000,000 · about USD 552 for the Master, with the Royal at IDR 8,000,000 · about USD 491. Zada Mega runs from IDR 6,000,000 · about USD 368 for the Deluxe to IDR 8,500,000 · about USD 521 for the Master.
Zada Nara, Zada Zen and Zada Mega list Monday and Friday starts. Zada Ulla lists no date, so its seats are on request. This is an open trip: other guests share the boat, which is the difference from a private charter.
A seat is held in writing. You send the names as they appear on each guest's ID, we confirm that the cabin is free for the date, and we invoice the deposit of 50 percent; the balance is due 30 days before sailing. Until that confirmation, a date is not held, however long the chat has run.
These are 2026 rates, updated 28 October 2026. The written quote names the fare, the cabin and the date for every guest.

Master and Suite cabins exist on all four boats: Zada Nara has one Master and two Suites, Zada Ulla one of each, Zada Zen a Master, a Royal and four Suites, and Zada Mega a Master and three Suites. Deluxe cabins are on Zada Ulla, Zada Nara and Zada Mega. Zada Ulla alone also has Family and Superior cabins.
The cabin lists print a double bed in most cabins; on Zada Ulla the Superior cabins add a single bed and the Family cabins a bunk. The bed set-up for each pair is confirmed with the rooming list, so ask each pair before the list comes to us.
The Master is the senior cabin on every boat, with a private balcony and a bathtub on all four. The cards below show the cabins.
A rule of thumb for a mixed team: the senior guests take the Master and the Suite cabins, which carry the balcony and the bathtub where the boat has them, and the rest of the team takes the Deluxe and the Superior cabins, which are priced lower. A rooming list that follows this order keeps the quote simple and the seat prices visible to the person approving the spend.

On each of the three boats the whole-boat share sits inside the range of that boat's seat fares. The difference is what comes with it: the seat includes the guide and documentation, the charter does not, and the charter gives you the whole boat.
Seats share the boat with other guests, so a hosted event, an awards dinner or a company briefing needs the whole boat. The charter page prices each boat by head count.
Seats also help a producer who has not decided yet. Two or three people sail a Monday or Friday seat, look at the cabins, the dining table and the crew, and come back with a view before the company commits to a whole boat. The seats cost money, and the guide and documentation are included, so the recce also shows what a private charter leaves out.
On Zada Ulla an extra bed is IDR 6,000,000 · about USD 368 per person, in the Master (up to two) and in the Suite (one), inside the boat's 28 guests.
Children aged 0 to 2 travel free; from age 3 the full fare applies. Give us the age of every child on the list, because the fare follows the age on the day of sailing.

An open-trip seat includes pickup and drop-off, an air-conditioned cabin, meals, water and snacks, snorkelling gear, a life jacket, a tour guide and professional documentation.
It does not include flights, a hotel or meals before and after the trip, the park entrance fee, personal expenses, tips or diving gear. The park fee is IDR 250,000 for a foreign guest and IDR 50,000 for an Indonesian guest on a weekday, and it is paid separately.
The ranger fee on Komodo Island is paid on the day and is not in any fare. For a team, the cost per head is the seat plus the park fee plus the flight and the hotel night before, and we list those lines in the written quote.
The park fee for an Indonesian guest rises to IDR 75,000 on a weekend. A Friday start can therefore put part of the trip on a weekend day, and the quote says which day each line falls on.

Yes, if dates and cabins are free: eight guests take four cabins on seats. They share the boat with other guests and sail on the open-trip dates, Monday or Friday. A hosted event or a private programme needs the whole boat.
Zada Nara, Zada Zen and Zada Mega run 3D2N open trips on Monday & Friday starts: 46 dates are listed from Friday, 6 November 2026. The meeting point is Labuan Bajo by 10:00 on day one. Zada Ulla's dates are on request.
If the booked boat cannot sail for a reason beyond our control, we arrange a replacement boat for the same dates, or refund you within 14 days, under the booking terms. We confirm class and capacity in the replacement quote, in writing, before you accept it.
