Zada Ulla: the group boat of the fleet, with 28 berths and four rate bands
Updated 28 October 2026
Zada Ulla is a 35.65 m phinisi with 11 cabins for up to 28 guests, the largest boat of the Zada fleet. A private 3D2N charter is IDR 95,000,000 · about USD 5,828 for 1 to 14 guests and IDR 160,000,000 · about USD 9,816 for 26 to 28, per boat. Guide and documentation are extra.
Twenty-eight berths across eleven cabins
Every one of Zada Ulla's 11 cabins has a private bathroom, and the boat takes up to 28 guests. That is a ceiling for one boat, and the rate bands below stop there. Length, beam, fresh water and power are in the specification table.
The number that shapes the rooming list is the ratio: 11 cabins for 28 guests means the rooming list is built from pairs, with the Master, the Suite, the Family cabins and the Superior cabins taking a third or fourth person where their layout allows. The next section sets out which cabin does what.
| Cabins | 11 |

Master, Suite, Deluxe, Family and Superior: where each guest sleeps
Count: one Master, one Suite, four Deluxe, two Family and three Superior, 11 in all.
- Master. Upper deck, double bed, a private balcony with a bathtub, and up to two extra beds.
- Suite. Upper deck, double bed, a balcony with a bathtub, and one extra bed.
- Deluxe (four). Double bed, private bathroom, ocean view.
- Family (two). A double bed plus a bunk, sleeping 2 to 4 on fixed beds, ocean view.
- Superior (three). A double bed and a single bed, sleeping 3, private bathroom, no ocean view.
A common allocation for a company of 20: the managing director in the Master, a second principal in the Suite, department heads in the four Deluxe cabins, and the remaining colleagues across the Family and Superior cabins. The Family cabins suit a parent with children or four colleagues who agree to share. The Superior cabins pair a double bed with a single bed, so a third guest fits.
The Deluxe cabins are listed with one double bed, so get a yes from each pair before their names go on the list. The bed set-up for each pair is confirmed with the rooming list, in writing, before you pay.
| Cabin | Rooms | Beds | Sleeps |

The dining and bar lounge, sun deck and infinity field
Zada Ulla has a dining and bar lounge, a forward sun deck, a promenade deck, an infinity field with beanbags and a karaoke area.
The dining and bar lounge is where a group eats and briefs, and the shared table is the centre of a company trip. The forward sun deck and the infinity field are the open spaces for the group to spread out, and the promenade deck is the quiet corner.
The table plan for 28 is confirmed in writing, including whether the group eats at one table or two; it shapes the dinner programme more than any cabin does. Photos of the spaces are on request.
Ulla on-board kit: karaoke, Smart TV, local Wi-Fi and a prayer room
The table below lists what Zada Ulla carries, from the karaoke set, the Smart TV and local Wi-Fi to the paddle board, the kayak and the navigation and safety kit. Zada Ulla also has a prayer room, which a group with a prayer schedule can plan around.
Speeches and briefings take place at the dining table. An awards session with slides needs a venue ashore before sailing; the Smart TV is a television, not a presentation set-up, and the Wi-Fi is local, with no speed promised.
Zada Ulla and Zada Nara both list Smart TV, local Wi-Fi, a paddle board and a kayak, which helps when the two sail on the same dates and the activities are shared.

Four head-count bands, and the day a second boat joins
Zada Ulla is priced per boat in four bands, and the rate steps up at each band edge. 3D2N, 2026 rates, per boat: 1 to 14 guests IDR 95,000,000 · about USD 5,828; 15 to 20 guests IDR 110,000,000 · about USD 6,748; 21 to 25 guests IDR 135,000,000 · about USD 8,282; 26 to 28 guests IDR 160,000,000 · about USD 9,816. Guide and documentation extra.
Cost per head. A full boat of 28 pays IDR 5,710,000 · about USD 350 per person. The share falls with the group, then jumps when a new band starts: it is higher at 15 guests (IDR 7,330,000 · about USD 450) than at 14 (IDR 6,790,000 · about USD 417). Where the head count is still moving, 20 guests and 21 guests sit in different bands; ask for both sides of the edge and see what the extra name costs.
Guest number 29 is where a second boat comes in, and Zada Nara takes the pair up to 42. The two are separate private charters booked together, on the same dates if both are free, each with its own quote. Sailing together, a shared anchorage and a joint programme are arranged on request, and the captains set the order and the anchorages.
