Weddings and celebrations at sea on a Zada boat, arranged on request

Weddings, celebrations, stage, decoration, an MC, a band and branded banners are arranged on request and quoted separately; none is part of a fare. Zada Ulla, Zada Nara and Zada Mega list a karaoke sound system; any other sound equipment is arranged on request.

A ceremony set-up is arranged on request and confirmed in writing before you pay. If your plan includes a ceremony on a beach or at a landing, tell us in the first message, and we confirm in writing what the park allows.

A celebration on a Zada boat is a private charter of a whole boat, with a dinner, a sunset and a night aboard. Everything that turns it into a wedding is an extra, arranged by us on request, quoted line by line, and added only after a written quote.

Twenty-four guests fall in Zada Ulla's 21 to 25 band, which makes one boat, one dining table and one rate. For a night aboard, 2D1N is IDR 120,000,000 · about USD 7,362 for the whole boat, or IDR 5,000,000 · about USD 307 per guest. A three-day celebration, 3D2N, is IDR 135,000,000 · about USD 8,282, or IDR 5,620,000 · about USD 345 each.

A smaller party fits a smaller boat: Zada Nara takes 14 guests and Zada Zen 12. 2026 rates, IDR, per boat, guide and documentation extra. Decoration, an MC, music and a ceremony set-up are not in these rates.

The services we can arrange are a short list, and every line on it is quoted before it is added.

• Decoration of the deck or a cabin.
• A special dinner shaped around a guest's diet or a birthday, on board or on an island.
• A photographer, and a drone if the guests want one; a drone needs a park permit, and we promise no footage.
• An MC, a band, a stage and branded banners, arranged on request.

Each is quoted in writing, and nothing is added to a fare without a written quote. On a private charter the guide and the photo and video documentation are not included either; they are arranged on request and quoted separately. Producer's checklist. Say which of these you want in the first message, and say which you do not. A line left off the list is a line the quote does not carry.

A celebration has a longer guest list than a company trip and a wider range of diets, ages and dates of arrival. Send the list early, with each guest's name exactly as on the ID, an age where a child is coming, and every diet or allergy. Halal needs and allergies are noted for the chef, and we confirm in writing what the kitchen on that boat can do.

A cake is an on-request item, arranged and quoted separately. So is any flower arrangement. Tell us who is bringing what, so the crew is told too, and so that nothing is carried aboard by a guest that the boat has not been warned about.

Producer's checklist, celebration edition. The guest list with ages and diets; the person who gives the toast and the person who runs the evening; the flights of anyone arriving from abroad; the cake and the decoration, if wanted; the budget per head.
