What the brief decides before a boat is chosen
An incentive trip starts as a sentence in a budget meeting and becomes a boat only after four decisions. What is the trip for: a reward, an offsite or a client day? How many people travel? Which dates can the company spare? And what is the budget per head, with flights and the hotel counted in or out?
The answers pick the boat. By head count: up to 10 guests is Zada Mega, up to 12 Zada Zen, up to 14 Zada Nara or Zada Ulla, and from 15 to 28 Zada Ulla in its bands. Past 28 you need two boats.

Twenty is the top of Zada Ulla's 15 to 20 band, the point at which the whole-boat rate is shared among the most people before the next band begins. Three days adapted for a reward trip
The 3D2N route is: Kelor, Menjerite and Kalong on day one; Padar, Pink Beach, Komodo Island, Taka Makassar and Manta Point on day two; Kanawa on day three. A reward trip changes nothing in the route and adds three moments to it.

The awards sit after Kalong because the group is fed, nobody is walking and the next day's early start can be announced in the same breath. The team photograph at Padar is taken by a colleague; photo and video documentation is not part of a private fare, but it is arranged on request and quoted separately. Awards and briefings at the dining table
A speech, a prize-giving, a toast and a certificate handed over in front of colleagues all work at the dining table or on deck. Zada Ulla, Zada Nara and Zada Mega list a karaoke sound system, and Zada Ulla and Zada Nara list local Wi-Fi, with no speed promised.
A workshop with slides or a session that needs a whiteboard is best held ashore the day before boarding, in a venue your hotel can offer, and the boat becomes the reward.
Ask us what is aboard before you plan anything electronic; the answer comes in writing, per boat, and until it arrives the safe plan is paper.
Rooming a team: seniors, pairs and the plus-one question
The operator's cabin lists print a double bed in most cabins, with a single bed added in Zada Ulla's Superior cabins and a bunk in its Family cabins; each boat page shows the layout cabin by cabin. The bed set-up for each pair is confirmed with the rooming list, so do not tell staff they will have twin beds until you hold that confirmation. Ask each pair, early, whether they agree.
The Master and Suite cabins on Zada Ulla are on the upper deck, each with a private balcony and a bathtub: they suit the senior guests. Zada Ulla has 11 cabins, which at two guests each hold twenty-two, so a party of 28 uses the beds beyond the double: the Master takes up to two extra beds, the Suite one, the Family cabins sleep up to four and the Superior cabins three.
The plus-one question. A guest list that grows after the quote can outgrow a boat or cross into the next band. Decide the rule before you announce the trip: partners in or out, and what happens if a colleague drops out. The rooming list, with each pair named, goes to us before the cut-off written into the quote.

Invoice to the company, deposit and the cut-off for names
PT Komodo Explorer Indonesia invoices the company, not the individual. The deposit is 50 percent, and the balance is due 30 days before sailing. The refund scale and the date-change fee are in the booking terms.
The cut-off for names is set in your written quote, because it depends on your sailing date and on the park's ticket lists. Names on the manifest must match the passport or ID exactly. Replace a name before the cut-off, not after.
PT Komodo Explorer Indonesia (NIB 1805260128363) is the booking partner: it quotes, invoices and arranges the pickup. The boats and their crews belong to and work for the operator group.

Do weekday dates cost less than weekends?
We publish one 2026 price list for each boat; weekday and weekend rates are confirmed per date on request. Weekday dates are easier to block when several boats are involved, which is a matter of availability, not of a published discount.
What is excluded from a corporate charter price?
The guide and photo and video documentation, park tickets and ranger fees, flights, hotels before and after, personal expenses and crew tips. Guide and documentation are arranged on request and quoted separately.
