Guest reviews from the booking partner of the four Zada boats
Updated 28 October 2026
The reviews on this page are KEXI guest reviews from our other trips: guests who booked a Komodo trip through PT Komodo Explorer Indonesia, the booking partner for the Zada boats. Each excerpt carries its source, Google, TripAdvisor or a WhatsApp message sent with consent, and links to the original where one exists.
What counts as a review here
The reviews shown below are KEXI guest reviews from our other trips, not reviews of a Zada boat. They speak for the booking partner: replies, pickup, briefing and the care of a file, which is the part of a Zada charter we handle.
A review counts when a guest wrote it and a reader can check where. Comments from Google and TripAdvisor are shown as short excerpts with a link to the original; messages sent by WhatsApp appear only with the guest's consent, with a first name and no more. We do not write or edit a review. A reader who wants to check an excerpt follows the link, reads it in full and judges the partner on what was written there.
When guests who sailed on a Zada boat publish a review, it is added here with the boat named in its text and a link to where it was posted. A company that wants a reference before booking can ask us, and we reply in writing with what we can share.
“Loved the experience — the team and crew are the best.”
“We saw not one, not two, but seven manta rays swimming together and I got to swim right among them. One passed maybe 2 metres below me and I could see every detail of its pattern.”
“Pengalaman yang luar biasa!”
“We watched the most gorgeous sunset while thousands of flying foxes (kalong) started flying above us against the orange sky. The crew knew exactly where to position the boat for the best view.”
These reviews are of PT Komodo Explorer Indonesia trips on other boats. Google 4.8/5 (19) · TripAdvisor 4.7/5 (14) · Ratings and counts as seen on the platforms on 11 October 2026. We quote short excerpts and link to the originals; we do not publish reviews we cannot source.
