A meeting on board is a briefing at the dining table or on deck, with paper and a speaker's voice. The boats have no separate meeting space. Zada Ulla and Zada Nara list local Wi-Fi, with no speed promised.
A meeting on an island is a different arrangement, quoted separately: the group goes ashore to a venue or a beach, the arrangement depends on the island, the head count and the season, and we give the price in writing before it is added. We confirm what is available ashore in the quote.
A workshop with slides is best held in Labuan Bajo the day before boarding, in a venue your hotel can recommend. Let the boat be the part of the programme that needs a dining table, a view and an hour.
Dinners: island, private island, seafood, special
Four dinners are on the services list, and each one is a scene the producer can describe in a sentence. Prices depend on head count, island and season, so each is quoted in writing.
- Dinner on an island. The group eats ashore at the end of a day on the water, at a table set on the beach rather than on the deck.
- Private island dinner. The same, with the island to your party alone, which is a matter of date and availability and is confirmed in writing.
- Seafood dinner. A menu built around seafood, for a group that wants a change from the dinner on board.
- Special dinner. A dinner shaped around one guest's diet or a birthday.
Meals on board are in the fare, cooked by the boat's chef and crew. These dinners replace one of them, or add to it, and the quote says which.
Decoration, a photographer and the drone permit
Decoration of a cabin or the deck, a photographer, and an MC, a band, a stage or branded banners are arranged on request and quoted separately. None is part of a fare. On a private charter the guide and the photo and video documentation are not included either; a photographer is how a company gets them.
A drone needs a park permit, and the permit is a condition, not a courtesy: without it the drone stays in its case. We make no promise of footage, because the weather and the permit decide it. Tell us in the first message if the programme depends on aerial pictures, so the quote can say whether it is possible.
For a team that wants its logo on a banner or a cake, the same rule holds: request, quote, written confirmation. The producer's checklist has a line for branding wishes, and the date for it is in your quote.
