When this site says "we", it means the event desk at PT Komodo Explorer Indonesia, a small production desk inside a booking company in Labuan Bajo. Its job is to turn a company brief into a boat plan: head count, then the boat or the combination, then the length of the trip, then an hour-by-hour sample of the days, then the list of what the organiser sends us and by when.
The desk works as a team. A file is handled by the producer on duty, and the record of every promise sits in the file, so that a change of person on our side does not change your answers. The event briefs in the journal are signed by our guide and news-desk writers.
The site calls them "the boats", not "our boats": the Zada boats are the operator group's, and we are the party that books them for you.

If something goes wrong at sea, the captain decides; if something goes wrong with your booking, we do.
