Zada Zen: a twelve-guest boat of its own, six sea-view cabins

Zada Zen has 6 cabins and 6 private bathrooms, and it takes up to 12 guests. Every cabin has a sea view; the specification table below gives the fresh water and the power.

Six cabins for twelve guests is a clean sum for a producer: six pairs, one boat, nothing left over. A board retreat, a leadership off-site or a team of 11 to 12 fills it, and 12 is the ceiling.

The ceiling is also the cheapest point: at 12 guests the 3D2N share is IDR 7,080,000 · about USD 434 per person, against IDR 8,500,000 · about USD 521 at 10, because the boat rate does not change inside the band.

One Master, one Royal and four Suites make six. The cabin list prints a double bed in all six.

• Master. Double bed, a private balcony with a bathtub, a water heater and a sea view.
• Royal. Double bed, a private bathtub, a water heater and a sea view.
• Suite (four). Double bed, a private bathroom with a water heater, sea view.

The Master has a balcony; the Royal has a bathtub and no balcony. A full boat of 12 sleeps like this: the chair of the meeting in the Master, a second principal in the Royal, and the other eight guests in pairs across the four Suites. The bed set-up for each pair is confirmed with the rooming list, in writing, before you pay.

The indoor lounge has a long cream daybed, teak wall panelling, a wooden table and porthole lights. The upper sun deck sits under a white canopy, with a cushioned sun bed, bean bags and teak steps. The foredeck has green turf, teak locker benches and a white sail awning toward the bow, and the bow deck has bean bags, a sun pad and rope ladders.

The lounge is where a group of 12 gathers after the day's stops, and the sun deck takes the whole party for a briefing in the shade.

Where 12 people sit down to dinner is part of the table plan, which we confirm in writing before you pay.

The table lists what Zada Zen carries: snorkelling equipment and life jackets for every guest, navigation by GPS, VHF radio and an echo sounder, and fire extinguishers and a flare gun.

Anything else a programme depends on, such as a screen, a connection or a sound set for a toast, is confirmed for Zada Zen in writing before you pay. Talks happen at the table, and the days are built on snorkelling and the walks along the route.

Zada Zen suits a board retreat or a leadership off-site for up to 12: one boat, one table, no other group on board. The 3D2N whole-boat rate is IDR 85,000,000 · about USD 5,215, 2026 rates, per boat, which is IDR 7,080,000 · about USD 434 per person at 12 guests.

Two optional extras are priced for this boat: photo and video documentation at IDR 2,000,000 · about USD 123 per day and a local guide at IDR 750,000 · about USD 46 per day. On a private charter the guide and photo and video documentation are not included; they are arranged on request and quoted separately. Park tickets and ranger fees are never in the fare.

Because both are day rates, a short trip and a long one cost different amounts; the written quote adds them up, so your cost per head is complete before you pay.

Zen also pairs with Zada Ulla for 29 to 40 guests: two private charters booked for the same dates, subject to both boats being free, and quoted per boat. Sailing together, a shared anchorage and a joint programme are arranged on request; the captains set the order and the anchorages.
