Zada Zen has one Master, one Royal and four Suites, six in all. Every cabin has a double bed, a private bathroom, a water heater and a sea view.
The Master has a private balcony with a bathtub. The Royal has a bathtub of its own. The four Suites have a private bathroom with a water heater.
The bed set-up for each pair is confirmed with the rooming list, in writing, before you pay. Royal is the name of a cabin, not a ranking of the boat.
The sum is clean for a producer: six cabins, six pairs, 12 guests, one boat. The two cabins with a bathtub, the Master and the Royal, are the natural choice for the two most senior guests on the list, and the four Suites take the rest in pairs.

Two extras are priced for Zada Zen: photo and video documentation at IDR 2,000,000 · about USD 123 per day and a local guide at IDR 750,000 · about USD 46 per day. On a private charter the guide and photo and video documentation are not included; they are arranged on request and quoted separately. Park tickets and ranger fees are never in the fare.
Both extras are priced per day, so the total depends on the number of days. The written quote carries it. For a leadership retreat that wants an official record of the days, photo and video are the line to add; for a team that wants a local guide beside the park rangers, the guide is the line.
The cost per head on a private charter is the whole-boat rate divided by the guests, plus those lines, plus the park fee and the flight. We lay that sum out in the written quote, line by line, so the person approving the spend sees what is in and what is out.

Zada Zen takes up to 12 guests in six doubles. Children aged 0 to 2 travel free; from age 3 the full fare applies, and a child under 3 shares a cabin without a bed of their own.
The 2026 list is the current one; fares for 2027 are sent in writing on request. A producer planning a trip for next year should ask early, so that the fare, the dates and the head count are written into one quote.
What to send for a 2027 enquiry: the head count and the range if it is not final, two or three possible dates, and whether the team prefers a weekday or a weekend start. The 2026 park entry fees are IDR 250,000 for a foreign guest and IDR 50,000 for an Indonesian guest on a weekday, and the quote says if a 2027 figure differs.

Flights, a hotel and meals before and after the trip, the park entrance fee, personal expenses, tips and diving gear. The park fee is IDR 250,000 for a foreign guest and IDR 50,000 for an Indonesian guest on a weekday.
If the booked boat cannot sail for a reason beyond our control, we arrange a replacement boat for the same dates, or refund you within 14 days, under the booking terms. We confirm class and capacity in the replacement quote, in writing, before you accept it.
