Zada open-trip dates for 2026: Monday and Friday starts, boat by boat

Across the fleet, 46 dates are listed. Zada Nara has 16, Zada Zen 16 and Zada Mega 14. Zada Ulla has no listed date, so its open-trip dates are on request.

The first sailing is Friday, 6 November 2026 on Zada Nara and Zada Zen. Zada Mega's first date is Friday, 13 November 2026.

A date on the calendar may have every cabin free or just one, so we check the cabin when you ask. The nearest Mondays and Fridays go first; if one of those is your date, ask the same day.

The calendar covers the dates released so far. Dates beyond the last one listed are on request.

An open-trip fare is per person, twin share, for 3D2N, with a minimum of two guests per cabin. It includes pickup and drop-off, an air-conditioned cabin, meals, water and snacks, snorkelling gear, a life jacket, a tour guide and professional documentation.

It excludes flights, a hotel and meals before and after the trip, the park entrance fee, personal expenses, tips and diving gear. The park fee is IDR 250,000 for a foreign guest and IDR 50,000 for an Indonesian guest on a weekday.

The meeting point is Labuan Bajo by 10:00 on day one, confirmed in writing. A guest who arrives late catches up by taxi boat at their own expense, so a team should arrive in Labuan Bajo the day before.

The route on every sailing is the 3D2N open-trip route. Day one is Kelor, Menjerite or Rinca, and Kalong. Day two is Padar, Pink Beach, Komodo Island or Gili Lawa, Taka Makassar and Manta Point. Day three is Kanawa Island. The route is tentative and depends on weather and the captain, and the return time on the last day is confirmed in writing; book flights only after that confirmation.

A producer can use a Monday seat to see the boat before committing the company. One person sails the 3D2N route, watches the crew, sits at the dining table and sees the cabin the principals would take. The company then decides on first-hand detail, not on photos.

A seat also works as a reward for a small team, without the event to organise. Unlike a charter, the seat fare includes the guide and the documentation, so the reward arrives with a record of the trip. Three or four colleagues on a shared sailing cost less than a boat and carry no hosting duty.

A seat is shared with other guests. A company that wants a private dinner, a briefing or a branded moment needs the whole boat, and the charter page prices that by head count.

The 2026 list is the current one; fares for 2027 are sent in writing on request. A private charter can be asked for any date on which a boat is free, subject to availability, and the date is held only when we confirm it in writing.

If your date is not on the open-trip calendar, there are two routes. Ask for the whole boat on that date, with the head count and the length. Or ask for the nearest listed Monday or Friday and compare the seat fares with the charter share on the cabins page.

Several boats on one date are separate charters booked together, each quoted on its own. The more boats a date needs, the earlier you should ask for it.
