Zen sailings on the calendar
Zada Zen lists 16 open-trip dates, on Monday & Friday starts, from Friday, 6 November 2026 to the end of December 2026. They are the same dates as Zada Nara, which means a company can sail two boats on the same Monday or Friday, as separate bookings.
Monday starts are weekday sailings and Friday starts weekend sailings. The seat fare is the same on both, so a team that cannot leave on a Friday can take a Monday without paying a premium or giving up anything on board. The calendar shows dates, not seats, and availability for a cabin is confirmed in writing before the deposit.
Each sailing follows the 3D2N open-trip route. The route is fixed. The order of the stops is not. Kelor, Menjerite or Rinca and Kalong open the trip. Padar, Pink Beach, Komodo Island or Gili Lawa, Taka Makassar and Manta Point fill day two, and Kanawa Island closes day three. The captain decides the order by weather, and the return time on the last day is confirmed in writing before you book flights.
The meeting point is Labuan Bajo by 10:00 on day one.
Zen: what each cabin costs on the listed Fridays and Mondays
Every listed sailing carries the same three fares, per person, twin share, for 3D2N: the Suite IDR 7,000,000 · about USD 429, the Royal IDR 8,000,000 · about USD 491 and the Master IDR 9,000,000 · about USD 552. The guide and the professional documentation are included, and a cabin needs two guests at least.

Zada Zen has no Deluxe cabin: its three fares are the Suite, the Royal and the Master. No single supplement is published, so we confirm in writing how a guest who travels alone is placed, and no seat counts are published.

Six cabins and twelve guests make this a boat that a team can take outright. The 3D2N rate is IDR 85,000,000 · about USD 5,215 per boat, with the guide and documentation as optional extras, and the date is any one the boat is free. The charter page sets out the five lengths and what each includes.
A shared sailing has other guests on board, so a hosted company event needs the whole boat. At 12 guests the charter share is IDR 7,080,000 · about USD 434 per person, to be read against the seat fares above. The guide and documentation are optional extras at IDR 750,000 · about USD 46 and IDR 2,000,000 · about USD 123 per day.

In Labuan Bajo by 10:00 on day one; the exact meeting point is confirmed in writing with your booking. A guest who arrives late catches up by taxi boat at their own expense.
How do I reserve a cabin on Zada Zen?
Send the names as they appear on each ID, the cabin and the date. We confirm in writing that the cabin is free and invoice the deposit of 50 percent. Until that confirmation, nothing is held.
