Eighteen Nara sailings on the calendar
Zada Nara lists 16 open-trip dates, on Monday & Friday starts, from Friday, 6 November 2026 to the end of December 2026. Monday starts are weekday sailings and Friday starts weekend sailings; the seat fare is the same on both.
The calendar shows dates, not seats. Availability for a cabin on a date is confirmed in writing before the deposit, and dates are released in stages, so a later date may appear.
The route is the same on every sailing. Day one: Kelor, Menjerite or Rinca, and Kalong. Day two: Padar, Pink Beach, Komodo Island or Gili Lawa, Taka Makassar and Manta Point. Day three: Kanawa Island and back to Labuan Bajo. The route is tentative and depends on weather and the captain; the return time on the last day is confirmed in writing, so book flights only after that confirmation.
The meeting point is Labuan Bajo by 10:00 on day one.

Every listed sailing carries the same three fares, per person, twin share, for 3D2N: the Deluxe IDR 6,550,000 · about USD 402, the Suite IDR 10,500,000 · about USD 644 and the Master IDR 13,000,000 · about USD 798. The guide and the professional documentation are included, and a cabin needs two guests at least.

A fare is per person, so a guest who travels alone is placed by arrangement: we confirm in writing how a single guest is placed. A team of 14 that fills all seven cabins on one sailing pays seats, not the boat rate, and the cabins page sets the two side by side.

Nara outright for a team of fourteen
A team of 14 can take the whole boat instead of seats. The 3D2N rate is IDR 105,000,000 · about USD 6,442 per boat, with the guide and documentation extra, and the date is any one the boat is free, not only a Monday or a Friday. The charter page sets out the five lengths and what each includes.
A shared sailing has other guests on board, so a hosted company event needs the whole boat. At 14 guests the charter share is IDR 7,500,000 · about USD 460 per person, to be read against the seat fares above, with the guide and documentation extra on the charter.

How do I reserve a cabin on Zada Nara?
Send the names as they appear on each ID, the cabin and the date. We confirm in writing that the cabin is free and invoice the deposit of 50 percent. Until that confirmation, nothing is held.
