Zada Nara takes up to 14 guests, and a fifteenth guest is a second boat. Children aged 0 to 2 travel free; from age 3 the full fare applies.
That is a firm limit and an easy one to plan around: the rooming list is built from seven doubles. A family with a child under 3 can travel without a bed for the child, and the written quote says where the child sleeps. A family of four on a company day takes two cabins, with the two children aged 3 and over at the full fare.
The 2026 list is the current one; fares for 2027 are sent in writing on request.
A Monday start is a weekday sailing and a Friday start a weekend sailing. Both carry the same 3D2N seat fares.
A Monday start suits a team on a weekday programme, with fewer public holidays in the way. A Friday start suits staff who give up a weekend and lose no working days. Park entry for Indonesians costs IDR 50,000 on a weekday and IDR 75,000 on a weekend, so the fee follows the day on the water, not the start.
Whichever day, the meeting point is Labuan Bajo by 10:00 on day one. A guest who arrives late catches up by taxi boat at their own expense, so a producer should tell the team to be at the meeting point on time and to book flights into Labuan Bajo the day before.

Flights, a hotel and meals before and after the trip, the park entrance fee, personal expenses, tips and diving gear. The park fee is IDR 250,000 for a foreign guest and IDR 50,000 for an Indonesian guest on a weekday.
If the booked boat cannot sail for a reason beyond our control, we arrange a replacement boat for the same dates, or refund you within 14 days, under the booking terms. We confirm class and capacity in the replacement quote, in writing, before you accept it.
