Zada Mega has one Master, three Suites and one Deluxe, five cabins and five double beds, each with a private bathroom. Ten guests fill the boat.
The Master has a private balcony with a bathtub. The Suites have a double bed and a private bathroom, and a water heater is available. The Deluxe has a double bed and a private bathroom with a water heater.
With three Suites and a Deluxe beside the Master, the cabins are close to one standard, and a rooming list for ten rarely needs a long discussion. The Master goes to the senior guest, and the rest is a matter of pairing colleagues who work well together.
The bed set-up for each pair is confirmed with the rooming list, in writing, before you pay.

Two extras are priced for Zada Mega: photo and video documentation at IDR 2,000,000 · about USD 123 per day and a local guide at IDR 750,000 · about USD 46 per day. On a private charter the guide and photo and video documentation are not included; they are arranged on request and quoted separately. Park tickets and ranger fees are never in the fare.
Both extras are priced per day, so the total depends on the number of days, and the written quote carries it. A team of ten that wants a record of the trip and a local guide for the Komodo walk can add both lines to the quote.
The cost per head on a private charter is the whole-boat rate divided by the guests, plus those lines, plus the park fee and the flight. We lay that sum out in the written quote, line by line.

Zada Mega takes up to 10 guests in five doubles. Children aged 0 to 2 travel free; from age 3 the full fare applies, and a child under 3 shares a cabin without a bed of their own.
The 2026 list is the current one; fares for 2027 are sent in writing on request. A small boat fills early, so a team that has a date in mind for next year should send it with the head count.
What to send for a 2027 enquiry: the head count and the range if it is not final, two or three possible dates, and whether the team prefers a weekday or a weekend start. The 2026 park entry fees are IDR 250,000 for a foreign guest and IDR 50,000 for an Indonesian guest on a weekday, and the quote says if a 2027 figure differs.

Flights, a hotel and meals before and after the trip, the park entrance fee, personal expenses, tips and diving gear. The park fee is IDR 250,000 for a foreign guest and IDR 50,000 for an Indonesian guest on a weekday.
If the booked boat cannot sail for a reason beyond our control, we arrange a replacement boat for the same dates, or refund you within 14 days, under the booking terms. We confirm class and capacity in the replacement quote, in writing, before you accept it.
